Chase Me :: The World’s First 3D-Printed Film

Chase Me may seem like another gorgeous animated movie at first glance but what makes it different from other animated films is the fact that French animator and filmmaker Gilles-Alexander Deschaud had spent two years 3D printing 2,500 parts in order to create this animation. Chase Me has certainly been taken to the next level and has pushed the limits of animated movies. The film tells the magical tale of a girl who is chased through a dark forest by the monster that emerges from her own shadow. The full film is yet to be released but you can now enjoy the trailer and the ‘making of’ here.
