About us

People of Print was established in May 2008 by Marcroy Smith. It was originally created as a library of printmakers and designers with a sole purpose to inspire.

We have been pushed in many interesting and exciting directions since it began, including several group exhibitions in Bristol, London, Paris, Berlin and New York.

Working alongside many creative designers and developers, People of Print is going to move forward as a platform for emerging and talented printmakers from across the globe to exhibit and sell their work both online and at shows.

We work collaboratively with anyone we can, including solo artists, studios, shops, agencies and collectives in order to develop a global community in the world of print.

We outsource commissioned work to designers and independent printers, therefore we can offer a full and bespoke printing service, whether it be screen print, letterpress, riso, litho, woodcut or etching.

Our network of creatives, designers, illustrators and printmakers is constantly growing and we aim to develop the world’s largest community that has a love for printed ephemera.
