Old pal of People of Print, Brigid Deacon, makes everything look well alright in black and white!

Brigid is a comic artist and illustrator currently based in South London. Her hand drawn practice is gritty, has a rich narrative and strong female presence. On looking through some of Brigid’s recent work it quickly became apparent that she puts a lot of feeling into her image making. Brigid has a talent for creating emotive characters that are inherently raw in both narrative and style.
