The Hackney Flea Market is a new bi-monthly market that celebrates all of London’s emerging independent artists. It champions the unique and provides a home for everything D.I.Y. and self published.
There are publications, ceramics, illustrations, photography, jewellery, record labels, hand puppets, outsider comic art, zines, D.I.Y. goods & clothing, masks and ‘undefinable’ all at an affordable price.
There are 50 handpicked exhibitors including Ample Play Records, Tiny Pencil, Kimberley Fountain, Jane Smith, Duvet Days, Sam Baldwin and many more.
There will be local DJs, Hackney bakers ‘Yolk’ to provide delicious treats and drinks. With free entry, it makes perfect sense to head down at the weekend and use the opportunity to meet London’s latest talents and buy something truly unique.
Doors are open from 11:00am – 6:00pm at 73a Stoke Newington Church Street, N16 0AS on Saturday 30th & Sunday 31st August 2014.
