And before winter arrives, numbers of renowned magazines have launched their autumn issues, uncovering fascinating and insightful stories and also what’s going on inside the creative industries.
Printed Pages, a magazine from a well-known website amongst creative enthusiasts , It’s Nice That, has released its latest edition after the first two issues were a great success. Featured in these new 76 printed pages are interviews with an influential award-winning graphic designer and illustrator, Seymore Chwast, an illustration expert, Jan Van Der Veken, and many others which also include an exclusive conversation with Dian Hanson, an editor from Taschen about her career in porno publishing.
A bimonthly and bilingual magazine from Milan, Mousse, has just released its 40th issue with a dandy blue cover. Included in this unconventional sized publication is a collection of conversations, dialogues, interviews and essays focusing on contemporary arts and criticism. In this latest issue, Mousse talks about every extraordinary thing from ‘Malware’, to the groundbreaking political projects by Laura Poitras.
Their first issue has just come out earlier this month. Intern is an independent bi-annual publication specifically focusing on internships in the creative industries. The 144 pages publication showcases talented interns but also raises the debate about the current state of the intern culture. You can now order the magazine online or wait until tomorrow when the stock is shelved in your favourite bookstores!
