CENTURY EGG is a show of new digital work by Patrick Savile which will take place 4.4.14 at BL-NK, 37 East Road, London, N1 6AH from 6-10pm. Patrick is showing works that arose from recent research for a new comic book he is writing, which carries the same title. These new digital works are focus mainly on pattern and his research on alternate universes, creation, time and origins (and eggs).
ARTIST BIO
Patrick is a London based artist who mainly does work for record labels and book covers. Growing up surrounded by record sleeve designs by artists like Rodney Matthews, Chris Foss’ book covers, and later comic book art by Jim Woodring and Charles Burns, Patrick’s work leans toward the weirder side of things, and tell stories in a rather oblique way.
