Using only black and white tones as the basis of his design, Copenhagen based designer Daniel Siim is the master of monochrome. Delivering a consistently high level of polished and professionally detailed work, the designer specialises in providing sleek solutions to editorial and printed materials. There is an element of mystery present in his work, desolate imagery and lack of colour convey a feeling of detachment, yet still there remains something incredibly intriguing. Daniel’s latest project Starmaker, looks at the book as a physical product in an age of digital and asks the question do printed words and imagery inked onto premium papers make more of an long term impact in the readers mind?
