Jeroen Heeman aka Erosie is an Eindhoven-based graffiti artist whose style is so distinguished that you’ll recognise his work even for the first time you see it. Having graduated from the Willem de Kooning Academy, Jeroen is well-versed in different art disciplines. From graffiti, mixed-media installation, collage, print to conceptual art, illustration and typography, he uses different mediums to create work that reflects his thinking and experiences. He experiments with forms and compositions in order to produce something inventive and original. You can see the amazing results from his collaborations with international brands and companies such as the Resident Advisor, Graphic Design Festival Breda and Onomatopee to name but a few.
Erosie is also going to showcase his collage-based prints in the forthcoming exhibition, entitled ‘Choice Not Chance’, along with an extensive range of work created by artists/designers including Damien Tran, DR.ME, Ronny Hunger and Stephen Smith (NCC) at Village Bookstore. Curated by Yuck Print House, the launch will be at Village Bookstore on Thursday 29th October 2015. For more details, please visit the Village Bookstore website.
