Linocut printmaker Becca Thorne is taking part in the very first exhibition at L’Étoile Studio in Bristol over the weekend of 29th September-1st October. The exhibition showcases a very Bristol mix of natural, whimsical, psychedelic, and otherworldly illustration, with 13 local illustrators filling the walls of this new gallery in Old Market.
Three of Becca’s original linocut prints will be on display and for sale, including two new prints, Prairie Life and The Rock Pool, alongside an old favourite, The Hedgerow.
L’Étoile Studio is a new art space in Bristol’s wonderfully independent Old Market. As well as exhibitions, the studio offers a wide array of workshops and experiences for all ages and abilities, including art and craft classes, poetry nights, talks, and tarot sessions. Once a month it transforms into a pop-up shop showcasing and selling the best of local art and crafts.
