Secret 7″

Secret 7” is back and is calling for submissions for the annual event that combines music and art for a good cause. Secret 7” are looking for creative’s to design individual, one of a kind record sleeves through interpretation of selected tracks from 7 of the best known musicians using their own unique design style.

Fundraising with a difference, Secret 7” each year selects a new good cause which will benefit from the project and after seeing the violent scenes in Syria on the news this year the project settled on War Child to be the cause of 2014.

There will be an exhibition for the 700 designed sleeves Downstairs At Mother in London on 12 and 13th April. You will also be able to purchase a sleeve design on Record Store Day but you will not know who created it or which song its interpreting until you have bought it.

To submit your own designs just follow the simple guidelines on the project website and send the artwork in to them by 17th February.
