A fantastic event of independent comics and wonderful illustration takes place almost every month here at Bologna-based little bookshop Inuit. Besides being a retailer that regularly promotes great work by emerging artists, illustrators and/or authors, Inuit is also an open platform that provides exhibition spaces, workshops and printing services. In their small but lovely printing laboratory, artists/illustrators will be able to take time and enjoy the slow process of screen printing or to produce high-volume print at a low cost with high-speed risograph printers.

Their latest exhibition was a collaboration with Studio Fludd entitled ‘Personal Taste: My-self gelato’. The show featured the best illustrations created by a variety of selected European artists and illustrators. The artists were invited to present their own personal ice-cream cone version printed with the riso machines. The show ended on a high note with many visitors coming to share and celebrate. So keep your eyes peeled for their next exhibition!
