Yevu Clothing

Yevu Clothing features an incredible mix of eclectic styles, colourful graphic prints and quirky fabric designs. The range encompasses overblown geometric prints and stylised organic patterns with all their collections ethically produced in collaboration with seamstresses in Ghana and manufactured using locally sourced textiles and hand-woven kente from the markets of West Africa only. The name ‘Yevu’ derives from the local ‘Ewe language’ meaning ‘White Woman’ – the word that founder Anna Robertson heard everyday when she spent 12 months exploring the lively streets of Accra and ended up falling in love with the history of traditional wax print.

And following the success of several pop-up stores in Sydney, Yevu is now launching its new latest collection for the very first time here in Old Street. The shop is open today and will run until Sunday 26th October. You’d better hurry!
