Fortuna by Zansky

Brazilian illustrator and printmaker Zansky’s play with “the idea of map exploration without knowing the destination” results in a wonderful assortment of tricolour illustrations created using screenshots from Google Street View. Fortuna is a 24-page Riso-printed publication that explores the relationship between the analogue and the digital. And with Zansky’s strong foundation in the fundamentals of traditional printing techniques, he has beautifully reinterpreted those digital captures and created painterly landscapes that highlight the blurred borders between photography, illustration, editorial and technology.
