Shootmedia x Strawdogs

Everybody must have heard of Dutch studio Shootmedia and their experience spanning over 15 years in the design industry. So this time, we’d like to introduce you to Robert Minnaard and Paul van de Werf’s sister project, Strawdogs.

No clients, no contracts, just pure pleasure. Strawdogs is where the two founding members explore their mutual love for traditional printing techniques. They attach great importance to imagination and to encourage creativity, they experiment with a wide range of materials, colours and compositions.

It is a celebration of all things brightly-coloured and surrealist. From hand-pulled screen-printing, letterpress, relief printing, experimental typography, and collage etc, they combine all these techniques together to create a vast array of incredibly beautiful artworks including limited edition prints, posters, handmade publications and zines. They are equally inspiring and are great for you to dig into at your leisure, and if they don’t whet your appetite, nothing else will!
