Dr Gary Greenberg

Combining his interest in art with his deep knowledge of science, Gary Greenberg introduces us to hidden worlds through his truly incedible photographs, and if you havn’t seen them yet, your in for a treat. Originally a photographer / filmmaker Gary moved from LA to London to gain a Ph.D in biomedical research inventing and developing high definition, three dimentional light microscopes. Since 2001 Gary has focused his microscopes on common objects including grains of sand, food and flowers creating images that take is beyond our everyday perception giving us the opportunity to ‘deeply embrace nature’ as his subjects ‘take on a new reality when magnified hundreds of times.’
