Cody Hoyt

Cody Hoyt studied printmaking in Massachussetts College of Art in Boston, and and has also studied at the Akademie Voor Beeldende Kunst, Enschede, Holland. Cody’s ceramic work is extremely well executed geometric forms with exquisite natural colour glazes, which are very Memphis in style. Cody’s painting work is also very accomplished. With obvious skill, he uses a mixture of loose brushstrokes, sometimes accompanied with typography, creating what may seem to be a mass of lines, but is actually a very structured artwork.
