Billy Clark

Billy Clark is a London based illustrator and designer. His passion for image making began from an early age, inspired and fascinated by the visuals of the likes of Marvel comics, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Thundercats. Having honed his skills by mimicking the  style of these, the influence of this aesthetic is still evident in his work today.

After completing an undergraduate degree in Graphic Design and Illustration at Norwich School of Art and Design, Billy was exposed to many graphic elements that continue to have a large bearing on his work. The style that has emerged, and that now defines his aesthetic, is striking, bold, and graphic, whilst retaining texture, depth and warmth.

This combination of graphic design and illustration has been a constant theme throughout Billy’s career, and has seen him work for large design agencies, as well as on his own, for clients who such as Apple, Adidas, Liberty. Propercorn, Size?, and Lush.
