Posterzine Issue 60 | Stanley Donwood

posted by Robyn Pitts September 8, 2020

Our very special 60th issue of Posterzine™ celebrates the work of Stanley Donwood. This issue marks 5 years of independent publishing, and unlike others, includes two different poster variations, as well as an A4 foiled limited edition print in partnership with Foilco.

Stanley Donwood is a man of many talents and styles; his work includes everything from monochromatic linocuts, to bright, colourful paintings. He has previously created artwork for Glastonbury Festival, book covers for JG Ballard’s novels, and has also worked as an art director for film. Inside issue 60, Stanley chats with us about being the resident artist for Radiohead, never being able to settle on a style, and his very own published book, Household Worms

Dramatic and moody, the Issue 60 collection makes a great triptych, as well as stunning singular posters. The A1 format poster which also take the form of a mini-magazine was printed by Pressision Ltd using Pantone spot colours.
